Warranty

Terms of the warranty provided:

1. The Seller provides a 12-month warranty, including the CRO Sleeve AL print cylinders, provided the following tool operating parameters are maintained:

• Compressed air pressure level of 6-8 Bar,
• Compressed air volume of more than 12 l/s.

2.The vendor provides an 18-month warranty on CRO Sleeve GF print cylinders and CRO Sleeves GF ANTISTATIC print cylinders, provided the following tool operating parameters are maintained:

• Compressed air pressure level of 6-8 Bar,
• Compressed air volume of more than 12 l/s.

3. The warranty period starts from the date of collection of the goods by the Buyer from the Seller's premises folk from the date of handing over the goods by the Seller to the transport company.

4. The goods are reported to the Seller under the warranty by e-mail to the address: biuro@rotometal.pl.

5. Together with the notification of goods under the guarantee, the Buyer is obliged to send the goods to the Seller.

6. The cost of transport of goods reported under the guarantee shall be borne by the Buyer, in the case of recognition of the guarantee, the Seller undertakes to cover the usual costs incurred by the Buyer in connection with the delivery of goods to the registered office of the Seller (postage, courier costs).

7. The Seller's liability under the guarantee shall be limited exclusively to repairing the goods or replacing them with new goods. The choice between repair or replacement is the sole responsibility of the Seller.

8. The Seller shall not be liable under the guarantee if the Buyer:

• misuses the goods,
• installs the goods incorrectly,
• places the goods in a machine that damages the goods through its malfunction,
• entrusts work on the machine with the purchased goods to his employee who damages the goods through his incorrect operation,
• repairs the goods on his own,

9. the Seller is not liable for damages resulting from defects of goods and lost profits on this account.

10. Seller's liability is limited to the actual value of the goods.
