Magnetic Cylinder Shield have magnets hidden inside. A special anode  coating protects against corrosion and accidental damage to the cylinder surface.

An additional advantage is the lower weight of the Magnetic Cylinder Shield, which allows for easier cylinder replacement, lower transport costs and savings due to lower energy consumption.
