We had a busy and productive time at LabelExpo SEA 2023, where we exhibited our rotary tooling products and services at booth B12 with our good friends at Press Systems Group. We met many new customers who were interested in our solutions for labels and print industries. We also had the opportunity to network with other professionals who shared their insights and experiences with us.

What we learned from LabelExpo SEA 2023

We learned a lot from LabelExpo SEA 2023 about the current state and future direction of labels and print industries. We gained valuable insights into what customers want and need from rotary tooling solutions. We also discovered new opportunities for growth and improvement for Rotometal.

Some of the key learnings we took away from LabelExpo SEA 2023 were:

• Customers are looking for more sustainable solutions that reduce environmental impact and costs. There was a lot of interest in our ECO CRO Sleeves, with their use of recycled materials plus green technology resin. There was also a lot of interest in our cutting-edge Aluminium Magnetic Cylinders, being up to 50% lighter than their traditional counterparts.
• Customers are also looking for solutions that enable personalization, customization, and flexibility, whether this be down to the speed of turnaround or flexibility on the product produced.
• Customers value quality over quantity when it comes to rotary tooling solutions, they’re looking for products that not only offer great performance but can stand the test of time.

LabelExpo SEA was a great opportunity for us to showcase our rotary tooling products and services for labels and print industries. We met many new customers who were impressed by our solutions along with getting to spend valuable time face-to-face with existing customers. We also learned a lot from other professionals who shared their insights.
